Watkins Real Estate Group’s Village Green retail development has received the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year in the Nashville market. The award recognizes the project’s thoughtful design and seamless integration into the Nolensville community.
Located at 7344 Nolensville Road in Williamson County, Village Green is a 90,473-square-foot Publix-anchored retail center that delivers essential retail, dining, and wellness services in a pedestrian-friendly environment. The development features eight custom-designed buildings with varied facades and rooflines resembling neighborhood cottages, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios, and parking discreetly placed behind the structures—creating a vibrant, community-scale gathering place rather than a conventional retail center.
Village Green received its certificate of occupancy in October 2025 and has quickly become a local hub. Anchored by a full-service Publix supermarket, the center includes tenants such as Chipotle, Chase Bank, First Watch, Hand and Stone Massage, Heartland Dental, Verizon, Club Pilates, Jersey Mike’s, Tropical Smoothie, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Great Clips, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Physicians Urgent Care, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Amish House, Acapella Nail Spa, and Tipsy Cow Wine and Spirits. The project fills a longstanding retail gap by bringing everyday conveniences directly to residents in one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing and most affluent areas.
